Orchard Street Associates has enjoyed continuous growth from its inception in the Spring of 1996 by Frenda and Jon Levin, representing exceptional manufacturers and designers seeking to serve over 4000 upper moderate and better retailers throughout the Midwest.

Orchard Street Associates has grown to 22 Sales Associates, providing comprehensive coverage in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

OSA maintains a one-of-a-kind inside sales and customer service support function designed to assist and supplement all Field Sales Managers. Orchard Street Associates maintains a highly visible showroom presence in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart, although the vast majority of the business is derived from “road” sales’; sales representative calling on retail locations.

Utilizing a fusion of strong relationships, service, state-of-art technology, direct marketing, a growing internet presence and more, Orchard Street Associates offers retailers and manufacturers alike, sales growth, comprehensive coverage and customer care in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

OSA’s most important assets are the people that comprise our organization; the sales representatives, customer service, administrative and inside sales support. Virtually all OSA associates have strong retail backgrounds, providing a much needed perspective, competency and understanding that allows for relationship building and trust; over 300 cumulative years of experience in capacities ranging from ownership to product development to buying for multi-billion dollar retailers.

In support of OSA sales representatives, state of the art technology systems have been employed to provide up to the minute customer and vendor information, historical data and reporting. Orchard Street Associates utilizes this exchange of information to and from the field to provide a centralized sales support and service function-providing each sales rep with inside sales counterparts in the administrative office capable of handling customer inquiries, lead forwarding, lead generations as well as order writing, etc.
